The purpose of AIgoLaser (Hereinafter referred to as "the APP") is to provide the user with greater convenience in using the laser engraver.In order to accomplish this, the APP needs access to the following types of information:

1.1 SYSTEM NOTIFICATION PERMISSION

The APPS requires the System Notification Bar permission to send notifications to your devices in time, such as task progress or important alerts. These notifications are necessary to provide a better user experience.

1.2 LOCATION PERMISSION

The APP requires location permission, but does not collect your IP address information. We only need to obtain details of the WiFi on your device to help you better connect with and control the laser engraver.

1.3 PHOTO ALBUM PERMISSION

The APP requires access to your photo album so that you can select and upload images from your devices for laser engraving. Please be assured that we shall not access or use the photos in your album without authorization, all operations will be under your own control.

1.4 FILES PERMISSION

The APP requires access to your device files so that you can select and upload files for laser engraving. Again, we will not access or use your files without authorization and all operations will be under your control.

1.5 Cookie

The APP does not require login, and therefore does not collect or use cookies.

2. HOW WE APPLY INFORMATION

The COLLECTED INFORMATION is only used for laser engraver control and operation, and will be not used for any other purpose. Specifics are as follows:

System notification bar permissions will only be used to send you notifications related to the APP functionality.

Location permission will be used only to obtain WiFi details to support Laser Engraver connectivity.

The Album Access permission and Device Files Access permission will only be used to select and upload images or files required for laser engraving.

3. INFORMATION SHARING AND DISCLOSURE

We have implemented reasonable technical and organizational measures to safeguard your personal information and will not share or disclose it to any other companies or organizations, except in the following circumstances: 

To satisfy any applicable law, regulation, legal process or mandatory governmental request.

Enforce applicable Terms of Service, including investigating possible violations.

Detects, prevents, or resolves fraud, security, or technical issues.

To protect the rights, property or safety of our users or the public from harm to the extent required or permitted by law

The information is shared with a third party to protect the security and integrity of the application.

4. AMENDMENTS TO THIS PRIVACY POLICY

We reserve the right to periodically update this Privacy Policy to accommodate alterations to the application or changes in legal obligations.  The updated Privacy Policy will be posted within the APP and you will be notified before it becomes effective. Please check this Privacy Policy periodically for the latest information.

Please note that if you are willing to continue to use the App, it will be deemed to constitute your consent to any changes to our Privacy Policy.

5. LEGAL AND DISPUTE RESOLUTION

Any disputes arising in connection with the execution and performance of this Policy and the interpretation of the provisions hereunder shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws and regulations of the People's Republic of China (for the purpose of this contract, the laws and regulations of Hong Kong, Macao Special Administrative Region and Taiwan are hereby excluded). Any dispute arising out of or in connection with this Policy shall be submitted to the Shenzhen International Arbitration Court for arbitration.
